Role Description The Web Developer Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing Implex Edu’s web platforms to support accessible, high-quality education. Day-to-day tasks include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, and ensuring seamless integration between the two. The role involves collaborating with designers, content teams, and product stakeholders to translate educational requirements into user-friendly web experiences.

Executive will monitor site performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance security, scalability,



and accessibility. This role also includes contributing to technical documentation, participating in code reviews, and staying current with modern web technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills to create responsive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills to build secure, scalable, and efficient server-side functionality.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills to manage full-stack implementation, integration, and maintenance of web applications.
- Experience with modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, and server-side languages or frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of databases, APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and web performance optimization is highly desirable.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards, cross-browser compatibility, and secure coding practices is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team environment are key.
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
