Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Web

Developer will build, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications, working across front-end and back-end components to deliver responsive, user-friendly experiences. Daily responsibilities include translating design mockups into functional interfaces, integrating APIs, writing clean and efficient code, and troubleshooting issues across browsers and devices. The role also involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and other developers to support digital campaigns,



improve site performance, and enhance security.

The Web

Developer will participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and stay current with modern web technologies and frameworks.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Web Development and Programming, with experience building and deploying web applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with server-side languages, databases, and API integrations.
- Ability to apply Web Design best practices to create accessible, user-centered interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with version control tools (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of website performance optimization, basic SEO principles, and security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
