The Creatives Bench is a boutique creative recruitment agency based in Hyderabad. We are currently hiring on behalf of a Hyderabad-based agency looking for a talented Web Designer to join their team. All applications and initial hiring stages will be managed directly by The Creatives Bench.

Company Description This is a growing in-house team of 8-10, led by two young founders who are building something from the ground up. The clients are grounded in real estate and lifestyle, work that's tangible and close to the ground rather than trend-chasing.

You'll report directly to the founders, which means rapid feedback, real visibility and a genuine say in how things get done. There's no red tape here. Just a team that works closely together and a UI/UX Designer role with real room to grow into.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

- Design websites end to end, from the first wireframe to the final polished screen, for brands that need their site to actually convert, not just look nice.
- Build and maintain design systems in Figma that the whole team can work from, so nothing looks like it was designed by five different people.
- Take a client brief and turn it into a site structure that makes sense before a single pixel gets placed.
- Prototype in Framer with enough detail that a client can click through and feel the final product, not imagine it.




- Move between desktop and mobile thinking naturally, since a layout that works on one rarely survives untouched on the other.
- Work closely with developers, so what you design actually holds up once it's built, not just in the file.
- Building pages, customising themes, making sure what ships matches what was designed.
- Stay sharp on what's current in web design and typography, and know the difference between a trend worth using and one worth skipping.
- Test your own designs like a user would, catching the friction points before a client or their customer ever does.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 2-4 years of experience in Web Design/Web Development or UI/UX Design.
- You're fluent in Figma, Adobe XD and Framer, and you know which one to reach for depending on what the project needs.
- Comfortable working in WordPress, from page building to light customisation.
- Detail-oriented to a fault. Spacing, alignment, and consistency aren't afterthoughts, they're the job.
- You keep a genuine pulse on design trends and aesthetics, and you can tell when something's worth borrowing versus worth ignoring.
- You think in user flows, not just screens, and you can explain why a design choice works, not just that it does.
- You have a range of live websites ranging from real estate, FMCG, e-commerce, hospitality, fashion beauty, etc.
- Comfortable using AI tools to add elements to your designs, without letting them do the whole job.
