About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of website development, maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting, with a good understanding of modern web technologies.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive, user-friendly, secure, and high-performing websites while working closely with the design, marketing, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites.
- Build new website pages and features based on business requirements.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast, and cross-browser compatible.
- Perform website updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, security, and SEO.
- Work with databases and APIs where required.
- Implement website integrations and third-party tools.
- Manage website hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and basic server-related tasks.
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting website functionality.
- Collaborate with SEO, digital marketing, graphic design, and content teams.
- Follow web development best practices and maintain clean, scalable code.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of professional experience in web development.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with PHP and MySQL.




- Experience with WordPress/CMS and theme/plugin customization.
- Good understanding of responsive web design.
- Knowledge of website speed and performance optimization.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO and on-page SEO requirements.
- Familiarity with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Git/version control is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of website security best practices.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with React.js / Bootstrap / jQuery.
- Experience with Laravel or another PHP framework.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Experience working with healthcare, corporate, or service-based websites will be an advantage.
