Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall warehouse operations, inventory, and stock movement.

- Plan and monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

- Ensure accurate inventory records and regular stock reconciliation.

- Coordinate with

Retail Stores, Sales, Purchase, Logistics, and Operations teams

.

- Monitor inward and outward material movement and maintain proper documentation.

- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of products and materials.

- Manage warehouse manpower and allocate daily responsibilities.

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and address discrepancies.

- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch to stores/customers.

- Implement proper warehouse processes and maintain operational discipline.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards,



and inventory controls.

- Prepare regular MIS reports related to stock, movement, and warehouse operations.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum

7+ years of experience in Warehouse Management

, preferably in the

Retail industry

.

- Experience handling retail inventory and multiple store requirements will be an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and stock reconciliation.

- Valuable team management and coordination skills.

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates with immediate joining availability are preferred.
