About the Role
We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead Aramya’s rapid-moving warehouse operations. You'll oversee inbound, storage, dispatch, and QC processes while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely deliveries. If you're hands-on, process-driven, and thrive in a fast-scaling D2C environment this role is for you.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inbound, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Implement stringent QC processes, making sure any escalations are done timely
- Ensure efficient space utilization and proper organization of goods.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Implement operational policies and procedures for warehousing activities.
- Understand business requirements, monitor warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) and provide timely reports.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in [FMCG/Retail / E-commerce / Manufacturing].
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics.
- Proficiency with MS Excel , WMS/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Increff, WMS)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team under high-pressure environments.
