Role Description The Warehouse Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The person in this role will handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and storing inventory, as well as packing and dispatching orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities include maintaining organized storage areas, monitoring stock levels, updating records in warehouse or inventory systems, and coordinating with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
The Warehouse
Executive will also assist in quality checks, help resolve basic shipment and inventory issues, follow safety and cleanliness standards, and support process improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong warehouse operations skills, including Warehouse Management and Inventory Control.
- Hands-on experience with Packing and order dispatch in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Effective Communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support Customer Service activities.
- Ability to work accurately, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using inventory or order management software.
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles; experience in automotive or motorcycle accessories is an advantage.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required and stand for extended periods.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
