Position: Civil Supervisor

Department: Civil & Infrastructure

Experience: 8 to 15 Years

Location: Multiple Manufacturing Units / Plants

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise civil construction, repair, and maintenance activities across multiple units.
- Monitor day-to-day execution of projects including buildings, roads, drainage systems, compound walls, and utility structures.
- Coordinate with plant heads, contractors, architects, and consultants for project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Verify measurements, bills, and work completion reports submitted by contractors.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Plan preventive maintenance for civil structures and infrastructure.
- Prepare progress reports, project updates, and maintenance records.




- Handle emergency civil maintenance requirements across units.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and contractor workforce management.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 8 to 15 years of experience in civil construction and maintenance.
- Experience in handling multiple manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, or large commercial projects.
- Robust knowledge of construction materials, site management, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
