Job Title: Warehouse Executive - Export/Import & GRN (Manufacturing)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage warehouse operations related to Export & Import shipments, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing, inventory control, and material movement in a manufacturing setting. The candidate will ensure accurate receipt, storage, documentation, and dispatch of materials while coordinating with procurement, production, logistics, customs, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Export & Import Operations

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for imported and exported materials.
- Verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Airway Bill (AWB), Certificate of Origin, and customs clearance documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters for timely movement of goods.
- Track shipment status and ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain records of import/export transactions and compliance documentation.

GRN Management

- Generate and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials.
- Verify received quantities against Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC)



for material inspection and approval.
- Resolve discrepancies related to quantity, quality, or documentation with suppliers and procurement teams.
- Ensure timely GRN posting in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Warehouse Operations

- Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper stock identification, labeling, and bin management.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
- Support cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.

Inventory & Documentation

- Update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow warehouse safety standards and housekeeping practices.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits related to warehouse and inventory management.
