About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager Sourcing & Channel Sales to drive business through channel partners, brokers, referral networks and other sourcing channels.
The role involves building and expanding the channel partner network, onboarding and activating partners, generating qualified leads and driving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers and referral networks.
- Identify, onboard and activate new channel partners.
- Generate qualified leads through channel and external sourcing networks.
- Drive partners towards assigned sales and business targets.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, training and project updates.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams for effective lead handling and conversion.
- Track partner-wise performance and improve channel productivity.
- Develop market intelligence on competitor projects, pricing and market trends.
- Build long-term partner relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate channel and sourcing performance reports.
What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in Channel Sales / Real Estate Sales / Business Development / Luxury Sales.
Strong experience in channel partner and broker management.
Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to onboard and activate channel partners.
Strong target orientation and business development mindset.
Positive understanding of the real estate market and sales funnel.
Experience in premium/luxury real estate, plotted developments, villas or high-ticket property sales will be an added advantage.
