Nature Homes & Spaces is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, handling prospective customers, conducting site visits, and achieving individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Nature Homes & Spaces projects.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Explain project specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, location advantages, and other relevant details.
- Negotiate effectively and convert qualified leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, finance, and documentation teams for smooth customer transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Keep updated with project developments, market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Ensure a professional and transparent approach throughout the sales process.
Candidate Profile
- 14 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Presentable and professional personality.
- Ability to build relationships and handle customers effectively.
- Knowledge of the local property market will be an advantage.
