Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst with strong expertise in Functional, Automation (Selenium), and Performance Testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality web applications, mobile applications, and robust APIs.

Key Responsibilities & Core Domains

1. Functional Testing

- Understand business requirements and technical specifications.
- Create test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on requirements.
- Perform manual testing for web applications, mobile applications, and APIs (using tools like Postman, Swagger, and cURL).
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.

2. Automation Testing (Selenium)

- Design and develop automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Implement and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium with Java / C#.
- Maintain and update automated test suites for continuous regression testing.
- Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines.




- Ensure maximum test coverage through efficient automation strategies.
- Analyze automation test results and troubleshoot execution failures.

3. Performance Testing

- Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests.
- Use tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar performance testing tools.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, latency issues, and system limitations.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable recommendations for performance improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 3 - 8 years of overall experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver paired with Java or C#.
- Solid experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger, cURL) and database/backend validation.
- Working knowledge of performance testing tools like Apache JMeter.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Positive to Have

- Experience with mobile automation tools (e.g., Appium).
- Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exposure to security or vulnerability testing.
