Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, EPF, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Provident Fund, Professional Tax, and statutory compliance.

- Ensure accurate verification of employee data for salary calculations and tax deductions.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to wages and salaries.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing.

- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 9-14 years of experience in Payroll Specialist role with expertise in SAP HR module.

- Robust understanding of Indian Payroll (PF Act), ESIC & Labour Laws; knowledge of other labour laws like Professional Tax is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Salary Processing, Verification, Statutory Compliance, Wages & EPF/Gratuity/Provident Fund management.
