Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Walk In role based at Lyka Labs Limited in Anklesvar. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing or related functional areas, such as assisting in production processes, monitoring quality parameters, maintaining documentation, and following standard operating procedures. The individual will collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company guidelines,



and may interact with cross-functional departments to facilitate smooth workflow.

The position requires active participation in continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to timelines and quality standards set by Lyka Labs Limited.

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, or related industrial processes (prior experience in pharma or manufacturing is an advantage).
- Ability to work on-site in Anklesvar and adapt to shift-based or flexible working hours, as required.
