Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Development Lead to drive the design, development, validation, and release of Automotive FATC (Fully Automatic Temperature Control), HVAC Control Panels, Driver & Passenger Switches, Auxiliary Switches, and Sensors. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vehicle integration teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development of FATC, HVAC Control Panels, Climatic Control Units, Power Window Switches, Seat Switches, Sunroof Switches, Steering Wheel Switches, Hazard Switches, Clock Spring, and other automotive switches.
- Define system requirements, support product design, validation, and release activities.
- Interface with EE Architecture, BCM/BCCM, CAN/LIN networks, and vehicle integration teams.




- Coordinate with suppliers for technical reviews, RFQs, development, and issue resolution.
- Drive cost, quality, weight optimization, and compliance with homologation requirements.
- Support embedded hardware development, PCB design reviews, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
