About the Role

Make or receive calls on a daily basis to explain process to customers.

Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

Education: PUC / Graduate Freshers and above.

Languages: Fluent in English and in any one of Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Konkani

Rounds: HR, Versant, AMCAT and Manager Rounds

Workdays: 6 days + 1 rotational week off
