- Sourcing potential Candidates through job portals mainly in Naukri
- Additional sourcing experience through job fairs ,on- campus/off- campus drives etc.
- Handle direct Walk-in.
- Ability to screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Interview Candidates (Telephonic/In-person)
- Capability to recruit in bulk numbers with in short span of time.
- Ability to review applicants documents and conduct background checks.
- Work Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)

Eligibility :

- Chennai based Female candidates only.
- Any Graduates.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in BPO Recruitment only.
- Freshers will not considered.
- Excellent oral and written Communication skills.
- Any regional languages proficiency is an added advantage
- Should be a multi tasker & team player.
- Ability to interact confidently with candidates
- Immediate Joiners only
