- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Mostly outbound calling.
- Maintain accurate CRM/ticket records.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Meet communication, quality and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Spanish: Fluent Spanish + good English communication.
- English: Fluent English with a neutral accent.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
Shift: 5 PM to 2 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday fixed off
