Location: Chennai (Work From Office) Salary: 2LPA to 3.5 LPA

Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process/ Non IT / Banking and Financial firm.
2. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
3. Schedule and conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Required Skills:
1. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
2. Good understanding of recruitment tools & techniques.
3. Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
5. Valuable Souring Knowledge.

Eligibility:
- Interested to take Non IT Recruitment Oppportunity .
- Must know any Regional Language like Hindi / Telugu / Kananada.
- Any Degree / MBA / Any UG or PG .
