Roles and Responsibilities

Handle queries & complaints of customers over emails related to cibil score & cibil reports

Enquiries /complaints /request from customers within timeline

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in back office operations or a related field.

- Strong understanding of email management principles and best practices.

- Excellent email writing skills with attention to detail and skilled tone.

Graduation is mandatory

Shift time

Male 8am to 11pm (Any 10 hrs)

Female 8am to 8pm (Any 10 hrs)

5 days working, 2 rotational week off

Job role

Salary

2 year on paper experience- 23k to 25k in hand
