- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- 0-2 years of experience in any field.

- Excellent command over the English language, both written and spoken.

- Proficiency in typing speed (at least 40 wpm) with high accuracy.
