Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from UK customers.
- Provide professional customer support and resolve queries effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling during customer interactions.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Eligibility
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Experienced candidates from BPO, customer support, sales, or international voice processes are welcome.
- Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international/UK customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
