Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments.
- Achieve call, conversion, and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer/lead records.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
- Solid customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Sales/B2C experience preferred.
- Healthcare/IVF/BPO experience will be an added advantage.
- Good computer and CRM knowledge.
