Role & Responsibilities

- Install and properly set up medical machines at client locations.
- Demonstrate the machine and explain its features and functions.
- Provide complete training to clients and staff on machine operation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic maintenance support.
- Conduct machine demonstrations and ensure proper working after installation.
- Visit client locations for installation, training and technical support.
- Coordinate with the internal team for installation and service requirements.
- Maintain records of installation, training and service visits.
- Provide after-sales technical support to clients.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 years of relevant experience in machine installation, technical support, servicing, or medical equipment.




- Experience in machine installation, setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience in machine demonstration and client training.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
- Valuable technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and explain machine operations.
- Professional, responsible and willing to learn.
