Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Measure and certify executed quantities as per drawings, BOQ, and site records.
- Maintain billing records, quantity tracking sheets, and cost reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, clients, and contractors for bill certification.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely submission of bills.
- Prepare variation statements, extra item claims, and rate analysis.
- Reconcile material consumption, work progress, and billed quantities.
- Assist in budget control, cost monitoring, and project profitability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions and billing procedures.
- Support project documentation, MIS reporting, and audit requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in construction billing and quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and rate analysis.




- Experience in client billing, contractor billing, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software/ERP systems.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and project documentation.
- Solid analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict project deadlines.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
