Role Description The Voluntee role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area, focused on supporting community programs, events, and outreach activities. On a day-to-day basis, the individual in this role coordinates with local partners, organizes and participates in field activities, and assists in planning and implementing volunteer-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining explicit communication with stakeholders, documenting project progress, and helping ensure that activities run smoothly and safely. The role also involves gathering feedback from participants and communities,



contributing ideas to improve projects, and collaborating closely with team members to meet organizational goals. This position is well-suited for someone who is enthusiastic about community service, comfortable working on the ground, and able to adapt to dynamic environments.

Qualifications

- Ability to coordinate community activities, events, and outreach with attention to detail and timelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse communities, partners, and team members.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced setting.

- Demonstrated interest or experience in social impact, community development, or nonprofit initiatives.
- Ability to work full time on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, including occasional evenings or weekends as program needs require.
- Relevant education or training in social work, community engagement, development studies, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
