Freelance Visa Counsellor & Visa Filing Specialist – Global

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Visa Counsellor & Visa Filing Specialist with solid knowledge of visa counselling and visa application filing for multiple countries and regions worldwide.

Countries & Regions The candidate should have experience handling visa cases for one or more of the following:

- UK
- USA
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- South Asian Countries
- European Union (EU) Countries
- Italy
- Germany
- Other European and International Destinations

Experience across multiple countries will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide skilled visa counselling based on the client's travel, study, work, business, or other visa requirements.
- Handle visa application preparation and filing for different countries.
- Guide clients regarding eligibility, required documents, application procedures, and visa requirements.
- Review and verify client documentation before submission.
- Prepare accurate and complete visa applications.
- Handle the complete process from initial counselling to application filing.
- Stay updated with country-specific visa requirements and application procedures.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide clear guidance throughout the visa process.
- Independently manage assigned visa cases and ensure proper follow-up.

Candidate Requirements




- Only experienced candidates are requested to apply.
- Previous experience in visa counselling and visa filing is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes for UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Asia, and European countries.
- Experience with Italy and Germany visa applications will be highly preferred.
- Strong documentation and application-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage visa cases from counselling through filing.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of country-specific documentation requirements.

Working Hours
- Freelance / Part-Time
- Approximately 1–2 hours per day
- Flexible working hours
- Morning, afternoon, or evening availability can be discussed based on mutual convenience.
- Online / Work from home
