Unbordr helps travellers prepare better visa applications through technology-driven tools, structured documentation, and expert guidance. We’re working to make the visa preparation process simpler, clearer, and more organised.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with preparing and organising visa application documents.
- Review documents for completeness, consistency, and missing information.
- Help prepare visa-related documents, including cover letters, supporting letters, and checklists.
- Research visa requirements and documentation guidelines for different countries.
- Coordinate with applicants to collect documents and clarify information.
- Maintain accurate records and keep application documents organised.
- Identify discrepancies or gaps in applications and flag them to the team.
- Help improve documentation workflows and the overall customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For





- Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. No prior visa documentation experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
- Willingness to learn, research, and follow structured processes.
- A genuine interest in travel, tourism, visa processing, or international mobility.
