We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and target-oriented Visa Counsellor / Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional personality, sound knowledge of visa processes and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective clients regarding suitable immigration, visa, work permit, study and international mobility options.
- Understand clients' educational, professional, financial and personal profiles and recommend appropriate pathways.
- Handle inbound enquiries, leads, walk-ins, calls and follow-ups professionally.
- Explain visa procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, timelines, costs and applicable conditions accurately.
- Convert qualified leads into clients through effective counselling and sales techniques.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups and case status in the company's CRM/system.
- Coordinate with documentation, processing and operations teams to ensure smooth case progression.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa categories, procedural changes and documentation requirements for relevant destinations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through transparent, professional and ethical counselling.




- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and business-development activities.
- Handle client objections and queries confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure that no false commitments or misleading information is provided to clients.

Candidate Profile

- A quick learner who can adapt to changing immigration policies and procedures.
- Professional, disciplined, responsible and committed to achieving results.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.





Candidates with relevant immigration consultancy, overseas education, visa counselling, travel or sales experience will be given preference.

Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills, confidence, sales ability and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month The exact salary offered will depend on the candidate's:

Performance Incentives : Attractive performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
