Role Description
We're hiring a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant in Ahmedabad to guide individual and corporate clients through the visa process for destinations worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and timelines
- Prepare and review application forms and supporting documents
- Book appointments, coordinate with consulates, and track application status
- Keep explicit, accurate records for every case
- Work closely with the ticketing and holiday planning teams for smooth end-to-end travel
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes and country-specific requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures simply
- High attention to detail in documentation and form-filling
- Ability to manage multiple cases at once in a fast-paced, client-focused setting
- Comfortable with online visa portals and basic computer applications
- Experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or a travel agency preferred; travel or immigration certification is a plus
