About Sharani Ponguru

Sharani Ponguru is a Mindset & Transformation Coach, Education Leader, Director at The Narayana Group and an Author. Through her work, she inspires individuals and organisations through mindset transformation, leadership, education, personal growth, workshops, events, and impactful conversations.

We’re looking for a Videographer to work closely with Sharani and capture her content, events, client interactions and professional engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality content for social media, personal branding, events and workshops.
- Travel to client locations, events, and shoots as required.
- Capture reels, interviews, talks, behind-the-scenes, and event highlights.
- Handle camera, lighting, audio, and overall shoot setup.
- Coordinate professionally with clients and event teams.




- Work closely with the creative team to execute content ideas.
- Assist with basic editing and post-production when required.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of professional videography experience.
- Own professional camera and essential shooting equipment.
- Strong knowledge of camera, lighting, audio, and composition.
- Experience in shooting social media content, events, and interviews.
- Comfortable travelling for client and event shoots.
- Positive communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
