Role Description This is a full time, on-site Videographer role based in the Bangalore Urban district. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content that showcases company products, solutions, and initiatives across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating cameras, managing lighting setups, and capturing high-quality footage for promotional, educational, and internal communication materials.

The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and technical teams to understand project requirements, developing shot lists, and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines. The Videographer will also assist in basic editing, organizing media assets, and maintaining video equipment to support smooth production workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills, including planning shoots, framing shots, and coordinating production workflows.
- Candidates should possess Camera Operation and Camera handling skills,



with the ability to work effectively with different camera types and settings.
- Candidates should possess Lighting and Shooting Video skills, including setting up lights and capturing clear, visually compelling footage.
- Candidates should possess basic post-production skills (e.g., video editing, color correction, sound syncing) using common editing tools.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, creative visual storytelling ability, and the capacity to follow brand and technical guidelines.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant education in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in videography and production.
- Experience producing videos for technology, government, or security-focused projects is an advantage.
