Top Tier Tales Media is a creative media and content agency working with brands across social media, digital marketing, and visual content.

We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands short-form content, has a strong sense of pacing and storytelling, and can turn raw footage into engaging, platform-ready videos.

About the Role

As a Video Editor, you’ll work closely with our content, creative, and production teams to edit Instagram Reels, social media videos, brand campaigns, advertisements, and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Turn raw footage into engaging videos with strong pacing and storytelling
- Add music, sound effects, transitions, text, graphics, and other elements where required
- Edit talking-head videos, product videos, brand shoots, and creative campaigns
- Understand and implement different brand styles and visual identities
- Colour correct and colour grade footage when required
- Select the strongest shots and create smooth, engaging edits
- Stay updated with current editing styles,



formats, and social media trends
- Work with the creative team to execute concepts and revisions
- Manage multiple projects and deliver edits within deadlines

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus
- Good understanding of pacing, transitions, music, sound design, and storytelling
- Strong sense of visual composition and attention to detail
- Understanding of Instagram and short-form content formats
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to take creative feedback and make revisions efficiently
- Previous experience in a creative agency, production house, or similar setting is a plus
- Portfolio/showreel is required

Salary
