Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

Purple Heron Hospitals is looking for a creative and responsible Video Editor & Social Media Manager who can manage video content as well as the hospital's social media presence.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging healthcare content, managing social media platforms, coordinating with the marketing team and maintaining consistent brand communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.
- Edit doctor videos, patient testimonials, healthcare awareness videos and promotional content.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, music and other required elements.
- Create engaging and professional video content according to hospital branding.
- Coordinate with the content, graphic design and marketing teams.
- Complete assigned videos within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video files properly.

Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts.




- Plan and schedule regular social media content.
- Write basic captions, hashtags and post descriptions.
- Research healthcare-related content ideas and trending formats.
- Monitor engagement, reach, views and other social media metrics.
- Prepare basic social media performance reports.
- Coordinate with doctors and the internal marketing team for content requirements.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Knowledge of social media trends and content strategy.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred
- Previous experience in hospital/healthcare, medical or digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a strong video editing portfolio/demo work will be preferred.
