Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bengaluru. We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands pacing, humour, hooks and what makes someone stop scrolling. You’ll work across social content and performance ads. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be editing high volumes of content every week, testing different hooks and formats.

What You’ll Do

- Edit videos independently from raw footage (and creator content) to final export (sharp, engaging

edits), based on briefs and creative direction.
- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, memes and social-first content; performance ads for

Meta, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Create multiple hooks, cuts and variations from the same footage for testing.
- Add motion graphics, typography, subtitles, sound effects, music and simple animations where

needed.




- Repurpose long-form or existing footage into platform-native short-form content.
- Use AI tools as part of the editing workflow, to generate or modify visual assets, create

video/creative variations, enhance or clean up footage and audio, generate voiceovers/subtitles, and speed up repetitive production tasks.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in video editing, ideally in a fast-paced agency, media, or content environment.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Motion graphics skills on After Effects.
- Strong understanding of short-form content, especially Instagram Reels and performance ads.
- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and sound design in short-form content.
- Understand comedic timing, pacing and storytelling, knowing when to cut, hold, zoom, interrupt or

let a moment breathe.
- Experience editing meme or culture-first content specifically is preferred.
- Experience editing for multiple platforms, Instagram, YouTube, and other social formats.
- Comfort working independently under tight, fast-moving deadlines.
- Basic colour correction and grading skills.
- Familiarity with sound design tools or music licensing basics.
- You actively experiment with new AI creative tools and know how to use them to make better
