Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Indore.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing video content for ads, campaigns, and digital products, ensuring that visuals align with brand guidelines and performance marketing objectives. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, applying transitions and effects, performing color grading, and integrating motion graphics and basic graphic elements. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to understand campaign goals, adapting video content for different platforms and formats,



and delivering high-quality assets within tight deadlines.

The Video

Editor will also maintain organized project files and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital campaigns and performance marketing content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics across all deliverables.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements and overlays for ads and promotional content.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is preferred.
- Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of social and digital media formats (e.g., short-form video, vertical video) are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate in a team environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
