Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Karnataka, India.
The Video
Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished video content, including cutting, sequencing, and adding transitions to support creative concepts and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers and strategists, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and preparing videos for various digital platforms. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining consistent quality across projects, and meeting deadlines while following feedback from stakeholders.
The Video
Editor will contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and support the production of engaging, results-focused digital content.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end video projects.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the creative look and feel.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand messaging.
- Experience using industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of digital content formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements (web, social media, and other digital channels).
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial.
- Portfolio showcasing previous video editing and motion graphics work for commercial or brand projects.
