Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. In this position, the Video Editor will edit short-form and long-form video content for social media campaigns, including UGC reels, brand videos, and performance-focused ads. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, cutting and assembling clips, applying color grading and visual enhancements, adding transitions and effects, and incorporating motion graphics and text overlays aligned with brand guidelines.

The role also involves collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, refine storylines, optimize content for various platforms,



and deliver high-quality videos within agreed timelines.

The Video

Editor is expected to stay updated on social media trends and best practices to help make client brands visually engaging and memorable.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills for creating polished, platform-ready content.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent, visually appealing footage across projects.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to design engaging animations, titles, and visual elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is preferred.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and adapt editing styles for different niches and campaign goals.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
- Prior experience in social media content editing, digital marketing, or agency environments is an advantage.
