Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in Delhi, India.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos that support HC Capital’s brand and communication goals, including educational content, promotional materials, and client-facing presentations. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and trimming clips, applying transitions, syncing audio, adding graphics and motion elements, and performing basic color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency. The role involves collaborating with content, marketing,



and advisory teams to understand project objectives, interpret briefs, and deliver videos optimized for digital platforms.

The Video

Editor will also help maintain a content library, follow brand guidelines, and meet deadlines for multiple projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating and refining high-quality video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall video aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging visual elements, titles, and overlays.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (such as Adobe After Effects) is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of video formats and digital platforms are preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is important.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage; prior experience in financial or corporate content is a plus.
