Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will assemble raw footage, add motion graphics, audio, and visual effects, and deliver engaging video content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw video footage into polished, high-performing videos for social media, promotional ads, and corporate branding.
- Add text overlays, motion graphics, captions, visual effects, and seamless transitions.
- Select, edit, and mix background music, sound effects, and voiceovers to ensure transparent audio quality.
- Format and optimize videos across various ratios (9:16 for Reels/TikTok, 16:9 for YouTube, 1:1 for feed posts).
- Collaborate with content creators, social media managers,



and creative leads to align videos with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Organize and maintain a library of video assets, raw footage, and completed projects.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Creativity & Storytelling: Strong understanding of pacing, narrative structure, color grading, and audio syncing.
- Social Media Trends: Sound knowledge of trending audio, quick-cut editing styles, and engaging hook formats for short-form content (Reels/Shorts).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to review edits carefully for continuity, color consistency, and clear typography.
- Portfolio/Reel: A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating past video editing projects is required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
