About BIG

BIG is a business development and creative marketing company that helps brands grow through strategic marketing, engaging content, and creative storytelling. We work across social media marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing, event and artist management, and commercial shoots.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging videos that capture attention, tell stories, and help brands stand out.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, advertisements, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging short-form content using transitions, effects, motion graphics, sound design, and subtitles.
- Edit promotional videos, brand campaigns, product videos, event highlights, and influencer content.
- Work with the creative and social media teams to understand briefs, concepts, and brand requirements.
- Select the right footage, music, sound effects, and pacing to create impactful content.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and follow brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, transitions, and social media formats.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Organise project files, footage, and final exports properly.

Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.




- Basic knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, and colour grading is an advantage.
- Understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital video formats.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a solid sense of visual storytelling.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver projects within deadlines.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing skills.

Freshers with strong editing skills and a creative portfolio are welcome to apply. Prior agency experience is a plus.
