Role Description The Video Editor and Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing video content and visual assets that support White Flower Developers’ marketing and branding initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include editing property walkthrough videos, creating promotional and social media content, designing graphics for digital and print campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop visually compelling materials. The role involves maintaining brand consistency across all visual outputs, managing project timelines, and optimizing content for various platforms and formats.





This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders and occasional visits to project locations for content creation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust video editing skills, including proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Candidates should possess graphic design capabilities, including experience with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and basic animation for creating engaging visual content and branded video elements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing fundamentals to tailor visuals for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with marketing, sales, and project teams.
