Every lehenga we make carries a story: the hands that embroidered it, the woman who'll wear it, the room she'll walk into. We're looking for the person who'll put those stories on screen.

Lehenga Lovestory is an ethnic fashion house with bridal at its heart. Our pieces are hand-embroidered, made to order, and built on craftsmanship, emotion and thoughtful detail. We dress every woman at the celebration: the bride, her mother, her sisters and her closest friends.

We're hiring a full-time Video Content Creator & Editor to own how the brand moves on screen, from the first frame on set to the final export.

This is a hands-on role for a filmmaker who edits, and an editor who shoots.

Your Role

You'll take video from idea to publish-ready cut. That means planning shoots, filming, and editing content that feels intimate, premium and unmistakably ours. You'll work closely with a small creative team and our founders, turning a shared creative direction into work people stop scrolling for.

What You'll Work On

- Plan and shoot reels, stories, short films and behind-the-scenes content, in the studio, at fittings and on location
- Edit end to end: pacing, sound, colour grade, subtitles and motion graphics, with a consistent look that is recognisably ours
- Film founder-led and talking-head content, with framing, light and audio that make a conversation feel close
- Capture the craft: karigars at work, embroidery up close, a piece coming together stitch by stitch
- Produce creator and influencer collaborations,



from directing on set to the final cut
- Turn one shoot into many platform-native edits for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Facebook
- Keep the footage library organised, tagged and easy to reuse
- Deliver to a production calendar, on time, every time

Who This Role Is For

- A video-first maker with a strong eye for light, framing and rhythm
- Someone with taste, who is drawn to the intimate and unhurried rather than the loud and trend-chasing
- Comfortable directing people on camera, whether founders, creators or customers
- Organised and dependable, someone who treats deadlines as fixed
- Drawn to fashion, craft and celebration

Skills & Tools

- Strong foundations: a degree in film production, mass communication, media or visual communication from a robust institute
- 2–4 years producing video for a brand, studio or agency, with a showreel to show for it
- Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve for colour is a plus
- Confident with camera kit: mirrorless and iPhone, gimbal, lighting and wireless audio
- Fluent in reels: you know what holds attention in the first two seconds
- Communication is a no-compromise: English and Hindi, verbal and written
