St. Joseph Public School, Begusarai, Bihar is looking for an experienced, responsible, and dynamic School Principal to manage the overall academic and administrative operations of the school. The candidate should have robust leadership, communication, and team-management skills and should be capable of maintaining high standards of education, discipline, and school management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall academic and administrative activities of the school.
- Lead, guide, and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, examinations, and student performance.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning setting.
- Conduct staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and academic reviews.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members.
- Ensure proper implementation of curriculum, school policies, and academic standards.




- Handle parent concerns and maintain effective communication with parents.
- Organize school events, examinations, activities, and academic programs.
- Maintain student and staff records and ensure smooth day-to-day school operations.
- Work closely with school management for continuous improvement and development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable education board and school regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with B.Ed.
- Previous experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or in school administration preferred.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of academic and school administration.
- Ability to effectively manage teachers, students, parents, and administrative staff.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
