? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Lead, mentor and manage the existing sales & marketing team of senior and junior managers, regional managers and product owners.




- Drive business development across India and international markets.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen MLA’s market presence and brand visibility.
- Guide Product Managers and their respective teams to achieve business and sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, provide strategic direction and ensure achievement of desired results.
- Work closely with the Company’s Top Management to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Expand and strengthen the sales & marketing team as per business requirements.
- Take ownership of overall revenue growth and sales performance.

? Ideal Candidate

✔ 12+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing ✔ Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role

✔ Proven track record of driving sales growth

✔ Strong leadership and team-management skills

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Analytical and strategic mindset

✔ Strong business development orientation

✔ A born leader with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
