About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join our sports-focused team in Meerut.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating short-form video content, Instagram Reels, social media content, sports videos, promotional creatives, and digital graphics. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and creating engaging visual content that represents our brand and connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Video Content Creation

- Shoot high-quality videos of sports equipment, products.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, and promotional videos
- Plan and execute creative video concepts from idea to final output
- Handle basic camera, smartphone, lighting, and audio equipment
- Capture creative photographs and video footage for social media and marketing campaigns

Video Editing

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media
- Create engaging Reels using transitions, text overlays, captions, music, effects, and motion graphics
- Add appropriate sound effects, background music, subtitles, and branding
- Ensure videos are optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms

Graphic Design

- Create social media posts, promotional creatives, banners, posters, thumbnails, advertisements, and marketing graphics
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms




- Create visually appealing graphics for sports products and equipment
- Maintain brand colors, fonts, layouts, and overall visual identity
- Work on campaign creatives and promotional designs as required

Social Media Content

- Develop fresh and creative social media content ideas
- Stay updated with current Instagram Reels, short-form video, social media, and sports content trends
- Create content that increases engagement, reach, brand awareness, and audience interaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new content concepts and campaigns

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in video content creation, graphic design, social media content creation, or a related field
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content
- Strong knowledge of video editing and graphic design
- Creative mindset with a valuable eye for visual composition, colors, typography, and storytelling
- Ability to independently shoot and edit social media content
- Good understanding of current social media trends
- Interest in sports, fitness, cricket, sports equipment, or sporting products is an advantage
- Ability to work on multiple content projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills




- Willingness to experiment with new creative ideas and formats

What You'll Do You will work closely with our team to turn ideas into high-quality visual content. From brainstorming a Reel concept and shooting footage to editing the final video and designing supporting graphics, you'll be involved throughout the creative process.

The role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
