- Fluency in English and Hindi, plus [ other regional language] where relevant.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor onboarding and contract closure

- Take vendors through the full onboarding funnel: introduction, term sheet walkthrough, negotiation, documentation, KYC, contract signing and go-live.
- Present and defend TWC's standard terms, including pricing parity, commission or fee structure, calendar updates, Bank guarantee, content licensing and exclusive offers.
- Handle clause-by-clause negotiation with vendors
- Maintain a deviation tracker showing which clauses were agreed, changed or left open for each vendor.
- Coordinate with Management, revised drafts and final execution.

2. Commercials and commission management

- Make sure every vendor's rates, commission, payment cycles and offers are captured accurately in the contract and the system.
- Monitor rate parity and flag cases where TWC clients are offered worse rates than direct or other channels.

3. Training and enablement

- Train vendors on the TWC platform: calendar updates, hold dates, quotes, content upload and lead handling.
- Create onboarding kits, SOPs, FAQs and short training videos or decks.
- Run refresher sessions and quarterly reviews on service quality, response times and compliance.

4. Vendor queries, relationship and performance management

- Act as the single point of contact for vendors during their first 90 days.
- Handle vendor queries on contracts, commissions, payments, platform use and leads, and resolve them within defined timelines.
- Escalate complex or recurring issues to legal, finance or the product team, and keep the vendor updated until the issue is closed.
- Maintain a query log with the issue, owner, status and resolution time, and use it to spot recurring problems and improve onboarding and training material.
- Track vendor health, including calendar accuracy, response time, conversion and client feedback.
- Resolve vendor concerns early to reduce drop-off and contract friction.

5. Compliance and quality

- Verify KYC, statutory licences and permissions as defined in each agreement.

Make sure vendors meet TWC's quality and brand standards before going live, and flag those who fall short.
