Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing valuation notes, study materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Research and simplify complex valuation concepts for learners.
- Develop case studies, practical exercises, quizzes, and interview questions.
- Support regular valuation sessions and community learning activities.
- Assist in answering learner queries and facilitating discussions.
- Stay updated on relevant valuation methodologies, industry developments, and finance concepts.
- Review educational content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve KGF Learning’s learner experience.
- Contribute to building a structured repository of valuation concepts and resources for enrolled learners.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in finance and accounting concepts, including financial statement analysis and basic valuation methods (e.g., DCF, multiples).
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for organizing and analyzing data.
- Solid research and analytical skills to gather, interpret, and synthesize company, market, and industry information.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to prepare concise reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in valuation, financial analysis, and career development in the finance

The intern will actively support regular learner sessions, including session preparation, coordination, addressing basic learner queries, collecting feedback, and helping maintain an engaging learning workplace. The intern may also assist in tracking learner participation and progress and contributing ideas to improve the overall learning experience. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to valuation concepts, finance education, content development, learner engagement, and career-oriented learning, while working closely with professionals in the valuation and finance education space.
