Validation Associate Shall work PAN India at various client locations and provide the following validation services at customer sites.
- Sterilizer, Lyophilizer validation, Depyrogenation tunnel validation
- Temperature mapping of areas, Oven, Stability chambers, control sample areas.
- Steam quality testing, compressed air and N2, Co2 testing.
- HVAC Validations.
- Documentation of all the mentioned activities.
- Pre and post verifications and calibrations.
- Air flow visualization studies.
- Prepare validation reports and maintain documentation as per GMP/GDP requirements.
- Coordinate with client teams and travel to client sites across PAN India.
