Role Description The US - IT Service Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for IT services in the US market, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the complete sales cycle. The person in this position will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, create tailored proposals, conduct product and solution presentations, and negotiate contracts.

Day-to-day activities include collaborating with delivery and technical teams to align offerings with client needs, tracking and forecasting sales performance,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves market research, participating in industry events or virtual conferences, and continuously refining sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in IT services or technology solutions sales, preferably selling into the US market.
- Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and account management for enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Ability to understand and articulate solutions related to AI/ML, ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), integration tools (e.g., Boomi), BI/analytics, and custom development.
- Proficiency in consultative selling, solution-based sales, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Comfort with working in a target-driven workplace, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
- Exposure to global delivery models and coordination with cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to align with US time zones and occasional travel, if required.
